The VitidAutunno® Pieve del CauRo® Moscato Rosé Sparkling Wine is a truly distinctive rosé crafted from 100% Black Muscat, an ancient Middle Eastern grape brought to Italy by Greek settlers. The cryomaceration and gentle pressing techniques preserve the floral and aromatic bouquet of the fruit.

Grown in the hills of Montechiaro d'Acqui, on soils rich in tuff, limestone and silt, this sparkling wine expresses itself with a pale pink color, an ethereal, fragrant and delicately aromatic nose, and a palate that is refined, engaging and persistent.

A young, fresh sparkling wine ideal for aperitifs, fruit-based desserts, celebrations, or simply to add elegance to any occasion. Best enjoyed chilled at 6–8°C.
