Pastiera Valsesiana

From the reinterpretation of the famous Neapolitan cake, our Valsesian version was born: a true encounter between tradition and mountain flavors. A butter shortcrust pastry base, blueberry jam, cooked wheat, cow's ricotta cheese, and wild thyme, all prepared with love to create the Valsesian Easter Pie, boasting a unique mix of flavors for our "flagship" product!

 

Der Gourner Buiscits

Butter, sugar, eggs, flour... The four basic ingredients of pastry with which we prepare our cookies, along with other carefully selected raw materials: stone-ground corn flour from Ottino mill for our "Polentini"; dark chocolate chips for the "Cookies"; Piedmont hazelnuts for our "Nocciolosi" (which, besides being super tasty, are also vegan!); and many more... all artisanally crafted to give you the authentic taste of cookies made at the foot of Monte Rosa.

 

Chocolates

Exquisite and precious Belgian chocolate, skillfully crafted by Belcolade, using the finest cocoa beans from top plantations. Every step of the process is carried out with the utmost care to ensure an excellent product. Then comes the magic in our laboratory: melting, tempering, molding, and packaging our bars, eggs, and shapes created with love and precision to give our customers all the flavor of chocolate!
 

Extra Jams

Seasonal fruit, minimal sugar, expert artisanal work, and plenty of authentic flavors! These are the characteristics of our homemade extra fruit jams. From classic flavors like strawberry and blueberry to more unique ones like "Apple and Rosemary" and "Pear and Thyme," to our special "Mulled Wine" jam, perfect to pair with valley cheeses or succulent stews. Rounding off the selection is the "Orange and Cinnamon" marmalade.

Some flavors are subject to the seasonality of ingredients.

Not just sweet! In our display cases, you can find a selection of mini pizzas, focaccias, calzones, and savory rolls every day that will make your mouth water just by looking at them. Upon reservation, we also prepare puff pastry mini pizzas, savory pastries, mini croissants, mini burgers, and much more for your takeaway aperitifs. And to stay in the aperitif theme, only with us can you enjoy our homemade savory pastry mignons as an accompaniment to a nice spritz for an exceptional aperitif experience!
