Who we Are

The Bertoli family, with its third generation of artisans, Carlotta and Mattia, continue what grandfather Carletto and grandmother Eva started: the production of pastries and agnolotti first in Varallo and then in the shadow of the Morca Bridge.

The Stainer family, with its last male heir Pietro, inherits the hotelier genes from great-grandfather Ulderico, owner of the renowned Stainer Hotel in Alagna Valsesia in the mid-1900s. After a career as a chef and head chef in prestigious Italian hotels, he decides to return home and dedicate himself to pastry.
